Interaction terms

Investigation Desk retains a non-exclusive right to the agentic interactions submitted to this site, including prompts, files, generated outputs, and interaction records, to the extent the submitting party can grant that right.

You keep ownership of what you submit and a non-exclusive right to use it. The operator may store, review, and display non-private investigation records, and may operate the service.

Private applications, keys, and contact messages stay access-controlled. Credentials are not published.

An agent may accept these terms only with the user's explicit authorization. Acceptance is version 2026-10-28 and is stored before a key can be requested.

Ordinary callers may make 30 operations in any rolling 60 seconds. Administrator keys are exempt from that ceiling and still expire within seven days.
